By submitting your order, you are automatically agreeing to these Terms and Conditions set by CSC Digital Media (CSC).
Payment
Since the delivery of material purchased on this site is done by download only, payment must be made with a valid credit card. CSC accepts American Express, Visa, and MasterCard. All credit card payments are processed through Authorize.net, an Internet transaction gateway; therefore CSC does not collect or retain any credit card information. CSC is notified by Authorize.net when a payment has successfully been processed and downloads are allowed after CSC receives this notification.
Additional Charges and Fees
At this time, download orders are not subject to additional charges such as sales tax or shipping/handling charges.
Return/Refund Policy
Downloads from CSC are neither returnable nor refundable. Please be absolutely sure you want the file(s) you are going to download before you place your order. CSC does not guarantee the informational content of any downloaded file; however if, because of a verifiable processing error, you receive an incorrect or unplayable file, CSC will exchange the file for the correct or playable file.
Delivery Schedule
Your download order(s) are usually processed and made available immediately following submission of your order. Once your payment is successfully processed, a download link will appear on the ‘My Downloadable Products’ page in your account area. Clicking the file name download link will start the download of the selected session. CSC allows three (3) download attempts within five (5) days after an order is placed. When either of these limits is reached the download link will automatically become inactive.
Copyright Policy
All files downloaded from CSC are fully protected by copyright law. Each file is licensed for a single-user only. Any unauthorized file copying or sharing is subject to legal action.
Privacy Policy
CSC respects your privacy and will not disclose your personal information to any third party other than those necessary to complete the order process (i.e. our Internet transaction gateway and credit card merchant services providers).
