This panel will cover advanced issues in naturalization including the CCA, statutory exemptions for war veterans (Filipino, Persian Gulf, Hmong), military service abroad, employees working abroad and preserving residency (N-470), LPR spouses of USCs working for a U.S. company, religious workers, medical disability waivers and individuals with extraordinary contributions to national security.
