FUNDAMENTALS TRACK This panel will provide guidance on interviewing and building an attorney-client relationship with applicants who have been persecuted or tortured abroad and/or who fear persecution and/or torture if removed from the U.S. This will cover issues involving both affirmative and defensive asylum applications.
